Huisbereide fijnkost (+/- 16 gr/sneetje).Is een salami variant die vervaardigd is van 60% mager varkensvlees, 10% mager rundvlees en 30 % varkensvet.Hierbij voegen we mosterdzaadjes die gemarineerd zijn in rum. Na een rijpingsproces van 4 weken bekomen we een smaak die uniek is.
